How a booking is confirmed

Every booking is confirmed in writing over WhatsApp — the date, function, location, finish (HD or Ultra HD), and price — before any payment is made. Verbal or phone-only agreements aren't treated as confirmed until that written WhatsApp confirmation exists, so there's a clear record both sides can refer back to.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are per function and start from the base HD rate; Ultra HD and long-wear waterproof/dragproof/smudgeproof finishes are priced a tier up, as shown on each service page. Multi-function wedding bundles are quoted together and typically work out lower than booking each function separately. The final price for your specific date, location and finish is always confirmed in writing before payment, and takes precedence over any general figure shown on the site.

The trial

The ₹2,000 bridal trial is adjusted against your booking once you confirm a date — it isn't an additional charge on top. If you don't go ahead with a booking after the trial, the trial fee itself is not refunded, since it covers the time, travel and products used for that session.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling to a new date is generally accommodated with reasonable notice, subject to availability on the new date — wedding-season Saturdays fill up fastest, so more notice gives more flexibility. The specific cancellation and refund terms for your confirmed date are stated in writing at the time of booking, so you have a clear answer before paying anything rather than a generic policy that may not fit your situation.

Travel

Travel is included at no extra charge within 12 km of Kestopur. Beyond that radius, a travel charge applies and is quoted upfront as part of the written confirmation — never added afterwards as a surprise.

Payment

Cash, UPI and bank transfer are accepted. Payment timing (in full, or partly in advance) is agreed as part of the written confirmation for your specific booking.

On the day

Punctuality matters on both sides — arrival times are agreed in advance and built around your event schedule. If circumstances outside anyone's control (extreme weather, a medical emergency, a venue change at short notice) affect a booking, that's discussed and resolved directly and reasonably, not treated as a rigid breach of contract.

Portfolio and photo use

Photos or videos from your booking are only used publicly — on Instagram, Facebook, or this website — with your separate, explicit permission at the time. Declining is always fine and doesn't affect your booking or price.

Changes to these terms

If these general terms are updated, the change is reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Terms already confirmed in writing for a specific booking aren't affected retroactively by a later update to this page.
