Occasion decides the service; skin decides the technique
Two separate decisions, often confused as one.
First: which occasion is it?
Bridal, Gaye Holud, Ashirbad, Sangeet, Mehendi, Bou Bhaat, party and groom makeup are occasion-based services — each one is priced and planned around what that specific function demands: indoor or outdoor, daytime or evening flash, seated ceremony or hours on a stage.
Second: which technique suits your skin?
HD/Ultra HD, the natural/no-makeup approach, and finish choices like waterproof or dewy are technique choices layered onto whichever occasion service you've booked. They're decided at the trial based on skin type, oil production and the venue's actual lighting — not chosen in the abstract before anyone has seen your skin.
Multi-function weddings are quoted as a bundle
Most modern Kolkata weddings involve three or more of these functions across a few days. Booking them together costs less per function than booking each individually, and the artist already knows how your skin behaved at the first function by the time the second one arrives.

How do I know which service I need?
By occasion, in most cases: bridal for the wedding day itself, Gaye Holud, Ashirbad, Sangeet, Mehendi or Bou Bhaat for the specific ceremony, party makeup for festive events, and groom makeup for the groom.
HD/Ultra HD and the natural look are technique choices layered on top of any of these, decided at the trial based on skin type and the function's lighting.
Can I combine multiple services in one wedding?
Yes — most bookings do. A typical modern Kolkata wedding involves Gaye Holud, Ashirbad, Sangeet or Mehendi, the wedding day and Bou Bhaat as separate, separately-priced functions. Booking them together as a bundle is quoted at a lower combined rate than booking each individually.
Do all services include hair styling and draping?
Yes — hair styling and, where relevant, saree or lehenga draping are included at no extra charge with any makeup booking. Both are also bookable on their own for anyone who only needs styling or draping without makeup.
Is a trial required before booking a service?
Not required, but strongly recommended for bridal, reception and any HD/Ultra HD or natural-look decision, since these depend on colour-matching against your actual outfit and skin.
It's less critical for Gaye Holud, party or groom makeup, which are shorter, lower-risk sessions.
What are Bidai and Briddhi makeup?
Bidai is the farewell makeup touch-up for when the bride leaves her parental home, usually handled as a same-day refresh of the wedding-day or reception look rather than a separate booking. Briddhi is a Bengali pre-wedding family ritual, and makeup for it is typically planned alongside Ashirbad or Gaye Holud rather than as its own standalone service.
