That said, the exact result on your own skin, face shape and undertone will vary from any reference photo, since makeup interacts differently with every individual. A trial is the best way to see how a specific look actually translates to you before your event.

Skin, allergies and product reactions

Products used are chosen for the finish and occasion, from the brands listed on the HD & Ultra HD page, but no makeup artist can guarantee a reaction-free experience for every skin type. Please mention any known allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions before your trial or booking — a patch test can be arranged on request, and is strongly recommended if you have a history of skin reactions.

Weather and conditions outside anyone's control

Waterproof, dragproof, smudgeproof and sweatproof finishes are built for Kolkata's humidity and monsoon conditions, but no finish is entirely immune to extreme, prolonged exposure — hours of direct heavy rain or unusually high heat can still affect any makeup over a long enough day. This is discussed honestly at the trial for outdoor or monsoon-season bookings, rather than oversold as guaranteed in all conditions.

Photos and portfolio content

Portfolio images represent actual client work, shown with permission. Lighting, camera equipment and professional photography/videography (when present) can affect how a look appears in a photo compared to how it looks in person — neither is more "real" than the other, but they aren't always identical.
